By accessing or using TL Trades (the "Service"), including our website, web application, browser extension, and private community spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

TL Trades is a journaling, accountability, and productivity ecosystem for traders. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not provide trade signals, recommendations, or managed accounts.

All content, tools, AI-generated reviews, and community discussion are for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading futures, derivatives, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your capital, and that TL Trades is not liable for any trading losses incurred while using the Service or any associated tools, including the Prop Firm Risk Extension.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt the community, or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Access to the Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable recurring fee until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering the software, sharing account access, redistributing paid tools or community content, scraping data, or harassing other members.

The private trading floor is a vetted environment. Sharing callouts, signals, or solicitation may result in immediate removal without refund.

All software, branding, dashboards, and original content provided through the Service are owned by TL Trades and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the trade data and notes you create, and grant us a limited license to process them to operate the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TopstepX and TradingView. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TL Trades and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
